1. General Provisions

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for using the moodmodify mobile application (the "App") and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and the Provider.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides access to psychological support in an interactive format, structured into packages.

Each package includes five (5) text-based support sessions.

3. Provision and Payment Terms

The first package of 5 sessions is provided to the User free of charge and without any obligation to pay.

A payment obligation arises only if the User chooses to continue and requests the next package of 5 sessions.

In such case, the User makes a one-time purchase via Google Play, which compensates for the previously provided 5 sessions. After payment, the next package is unlocked.

Thus, each new package is provided without prepayment, and payment is required only if the User decides to continue using the App.

Payment is not a subscription. Each transaction is initiated solely at the discretion of the User.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service (delivery prior to payment), refunds are not offered.

The User pays only for services already rendered, and only when voluntarily choosing to proceed with the App.

5. Restrictions

The User agrees to:

• not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of their jurisdiction;

• not attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or bypass its functional limitations;

• not use the App's content or materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All components of the App, including but not limited to text, algorithms, logic, and user interface, are the intellectual property of the Provider.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The moodmodify App provides general psychological support and does not constitute a medical or psychotherapeutic service.

The Provider bears no responsibility for how Users interpret the content, nor for personal decisions or consequences arising from the use of the App.

8. Other Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

The current version of the Agreement will be published within the App and becomes effective upon publication.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
